delete your notween account
notween is an app by Tule Fog Games, LLC. this page explains how to delete your notween account and what happens to your data.
in the app
- open notween.
- tap You, then Settings.
- tap Delete my account and confirm.
everything you posted is hidden from everyone at once. you have 30 days to change your mind: open the app and tap Cancel. after 30 days your account is erased.
without the app
email us and tell us your notween handle (the made-up name on your profile, like
wobbly-otter-42).
or write to support@tulefoggames.com with the subject “Notween account deletion” and your handle.
a handle alone doesn't prove whose account it is, and there is no password, so we may ask you to show the account is yours. we check it by hand, then delete it.
what gets deleted
when the account is erased, we delete your:
- prompts and drafts
- likes, saves and shares
- follows, friends and friend requests, and blocks
- watch history and app events
- reports you made
- settings and notification token
- ad and reward records, and daily usage
- device key
what is kept
- your posts and comments, as empty placeholders. the title, scene, prompts and text are wiped. only an empty entry stays, so the remixes and replies other people built on it still make sense. it shows as removed.
- an empty account entry, with no device and no data, because those placeholders point at it. your profile no longer exists.
- a ban record, only if the account was banned. a scrambled form of its device keys and user id, the reason and the date, so the same install can't sign up again. it has no set end date. see the privacy policy.
- backups. copies of the database age out: 30 days of copies, and daily snapshots kept 35 days.
