email support@tulefoggames.com. for a bug, tell us your phone model, whether it's iPhone or Android, and the app version.

who can use notween?: people 18 and over. the app asks your date of birth once and keeps only whether you're an adult, not the date.
do i need an email or a password?: no. the app gives your phone a random key and gives you a made-up name, like wobbly-otter-42. you can't change the name yet.
i deleted the app. can i get my scenes back?: no. your account is tied to the key on your phone, and without it we can't give back what was tied to it.
why can't i make more scenes today?: there's a daily limit on how many scenes you can make. it can differ from country to country.
how do i remove something i posted?: you can remove your own post or comment at any time. it's hidden from everyone at once. remixes other people already made from it stay, marked as coming from a removed post.
someone is bothering me.: block them. you no longer see each other's posts, profiles or comments, neither of you can follow the other or send a friend request, and they are not told. you can also report any post or comment.
too many notifications.: turn each kind off, or set quiet hours, in the app. notween sends at most 3 a day, only about things that happened to you.
how do i delete my account?: in the app: You, then Settings, then Delete my account. no app? see notween/delete.
