notween — child safety standards

notween is an app by Tule Fog Games, LLC, of Davis, California. it is for people 18 and over.
zero tolerance
we do not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms or exploits children, on notween. this covers prompts, scenes, comments and profiles, and it covers drawn, cartoon and AI-made content the same as anything else.
how we prevent it
- everyone is asked their age before anything else. anyone under 18 can go no further.
- every prompt is checked before a scene is made, and scenes and comments are checked before they are posted. we refuse what breaks these standards.
how to report
- in the app: on a post, tap More, then Report this post. on a comment, tap Report.
- by email: support@tulefoggames.com, subject "Child safety report". include the link to the post or the person's notween handle.
if a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. in the US you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
what we do
- we remove the content and stop the account that posted it from using notween.
- we report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
- we keep what the law requires us to keep for that report, and nothing is shown to anyone else.
